Leino has worked in the industry for over 30 years and loves what he does. His detail-oriented and conscientious methods assure that each project is executed to the highest standard.

Alexandra started her career in construction in high school, doing administrative work for a local custom home builder. She stayed with that company for several years after graduation from Eastern Michigan University, working as a project manager. At Pakala Construction, she helps make sure each project runs smoothly.
